4R HSS machines are the largest and most powerful cylinder models suitable for all kinds of use in a wide range of sectors such as windmills, silos, tankers, train wagons, air industry, ship manufacturing and tunnel construction. There are 2 electric motors, 3 reducers and 3 torque motors in the machines. While the large one provides the slow-fast rotation of the upper ball and the movement of all pistons, the small one only provides the rotation movement of the side balls.

The working principle is as follows; the power produced by the large electric motor is immediately transferred to the pump and the lubrication system is activated. Direct transmission is provided to the reducers with pipes and valves. The shafts gain movement thanks to the torque motor mounted here. The lower ball is idle and rotates with the material. There are a total of 8 pistons in the standard machine and fiber bearing is used in the places where these pistons are located to minimize wear and heating.

There is bronze bearing to increase the strength of the pistons. There are encoders on the front pistons, which allow the movement of the pistons to be read digitally on the panel and the cutting point of the balls to be adjusted. Linear guide system is used in side rolls to increase body strength and resistance to material. 3 digital indicators on the standard control panel show the position of side rolls and middle roll and also allow adjustment of the cutting points of the rolls.
