MOLD MAKER (UNIVERSAL) MILLING CUTTER

MOLD MAKER (UNIVERSAL) MILLING CUTTER

Molder Milling Machine
Molder Milling Machine removes chips from workpieces by moving forward in a linear axis most of the time.

What is a Milling Machine?
Milling machines are machines that are used in machining in the late 19th century and shape the workpiece by removing chips with a cutting tool rotating around its own axis. They are machines that make shapes such as surface processing, hobbing, and drilling. They are frequently used in metal manufacturing, especially in recent years. Thanks to new developments and designs, these machines are also used in a computer-programmable form. In this way, fast manufacturing occurs. The blade in the mouth of the milling machines works with linear advancement. These are the machines that perform this process by removing chips. They have special capabilities such as opening gears and making flat circular cuts.

Milling Machine Types
Milling machines are one of the machines designed for mass production. They are produced in 4 different types according to their purpose of use and features. We have mentioned the molder milling machine of these types above. Other types are desktop bench, universal milling bench, CNC bench, copy milling bench, column milling bench, gear bench and horizontal milling bench. These types, which have different working methods, are essentially benches designed to minimize manpower and ensure production.

The most preferred ones in the mold milling bench category in our country are Taiwanese mold milling benches. Greater conveniences have been achieved in terms of production with this machine produced in Taiwan. These machine models produced in the country have made the country known in the world in this way.

Universal Milling Bench
It is a bench whose table can rotate 45 degrees right and left in response to the milling spindle. With the ability to rotate right and left, the helical channels can be advanced manually. It is possible to perform operations in this way by providing automatic advancement. In addition, the bench becomes much more useful with parts such as center, dividing and universal milling heads. Various channels, holes, all plane surfaces and operations inside holes can be completed horizontally and vertically on inclined surfaces, that is, milling.

Table Top Milling Machine
A type of machine where the spindle axis is perpendicular to the machine table. Milling is done by rotating the head angle to the desired direction in vertical parts. It can be rotated to any angle. However, the table is a fixed axis. It is not possible to rotate it to the right or left. It is used to open channels, make straight and circular divisions.
